Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your data from Mergly, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.
Disconnect a social account
Sign in to Mergly, open Social Accounts, and press Disconnect on the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube account. Mergly immediately deletes the saved access token for that account and stops reading or posting on its behalf.
Remove Mergly from Facebook or Instagram
On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Mergly and press Remove. On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, select Mergly and press Remove.
This revokes Mergly's access on the platform's side.
Delete all your data
Email support@mergly.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We permanently delete your account, workspaces, connected-account tokens, posts, media, inbox messages and analytics records within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we may keep
Payment records handled by our payment provider may be kept where the law requires it. Nothing else is retained after deletion.
